Translation Date: 1848-1868 Notes: In 1848, E.B. O'Callaghan was hired by the City Council to complete the translations started by Cornelius Westbrook. This volume begins with the resolution to hire hm, as recorded by D.T. Valentine, Clerk of the Council. This volume picks up after Westbrook's translation of the first 2 books of ordinances and court minutes.
