Court proceedings. The guardians of Cornelis van Vorst's children vs. Jacob Stoffelsen, husband of said Van Vorst's widow; plaintiffs claim the corn growing on said Van Vorst's bouwery; defendant ordered to prove that Hendrick van Vorst made the widow a present of his share, &c., and to pay 420 guilders, which he ackowledges to be indebted. Dirck Cornelissen vs. Jan Evertsen Bout; action of debt; judgment for plaintiff. Thomas Hall vs. rev. Everardus Bogardus, slander, defendant having accused the plaintiff with having rendered his tobacco unsaleable; referred to arbitration. Philip Geraerdy vs. Juriaen Hendricksen, to oblige defendant to build a house for plaintiff according to contract; judgment for plaintiff.
