In the suit of the director and council vs. rev. Mr. Bogardus; defendant having excepted to said director, &c., as judges, the court proposes to submit the difficulty to the rev. Joannes Megapolensis, rev. Mr. Douthey, and two or three church members, or to the new director and council, on condition that Mr. Bogardus previously agree to abide by their decision, and promise not to repeat the offense, either publicly or privately.
