Resolution. To attack Mamaronock, chief of the Wiquaeskec Indians, and his tribe; present, capt. John Onderhil, ensign De Leu, Cornelis Melyn, Thomas Hall, Isaac Allerton (erased). [1643];Court proceedings. Actions for debt; Teunis Nysson vs. Peter Colet, for injury done to a young animal by defendant's boy; judgment for plaintiff, 15 guilders, payable when the lad should have served defendant two months; should he die before that time, proportional damages.
