Order. To station the ship Love in the bay behind Sandy Hook, to overhaul suspected vessels about to arrive. [1648] (page 389);Communication. From the director-general to the council, notifying them of the despatch of the above vessel, and of the seizure of the ship Falconer, addressed to Govert Loockermans & Co., he being the person most suspected of smuggling, and asking their advice what further ought to be done.
