Court proceedings. Abraham Pietersen, miller, vs. Sybout Claesen; defendant and his wife declare that they know nothing of the plaintiff but what is good and honorable. Arent Steffeniers vs. Jan Snediger, for the recovery of 15 guilders awarded plaintiff by arbitrators as reparation for a blow; judgment for plaintiff. George Homs vs. Charles Morgan, for damages; referred to captain Underhill, lieut. Baxter, and capt. de Vries. Director Kieft, as attorney for Messrs. de Visser and Raet, vs. Evert Cornelissen; plaintiff referred for satisfaction to Laurens Cornelissen, defendant's brother. [1645];Minute. That rev.
