Jacob Roy vs. Symon Groot, boatswain of the Prince Maurice, for purchase of plaintiff's house; judgment for plaintiff. Richard Smith vs. John Wilcox, for violation of contract in having traded at Sloop's bay; referred to Isaac Allerton and Arent Corsen Stam for arbitration. Symon Dirckson Pos declares in court that the council of the colonie Renselaerswyck is a false council. Adriaen van der Donck's bill for loss of time and expenses is taxed at 70 days at 4 guilders a day, and 20 guilders for writing done in the colonie Renselaerswyck. [1645]
