Fiscal vs. Martin Cael, skipper of the ship Love, for selling goods on board that vessel; default. [1639];Court proceedings. Fiscal vs. Gysbert Cornelissen Beyerlandt, for being a public disturber and wounding a soldier in the fort; sentence, that he work with the negroes until the departure of the first sloop for the South river (Delaware); that he be then transported thither and serve the company there and pay a fine of 35 guilders. [1639]
