Adam Hooft vs. Hendrick van Dyck, slander; parties ordered to produce their evidence. Marcus Jansen vs. Burgert Jorisen, action for reparation of character, having been imprisoned on a charge of theft; defendant denies having so accused the plaintiff; court promises plaintiff a certificate whenever he proves his innocence.
