Ordinance. Against selling strong drink to the Indians; against committing damages on lands, orchards and gardens, their fences or products; obliging all parties to keep their fences in good repair; to prevent trespasses, and authorizing the construction of a public pound. [1647];Order. To serjeant Lithschoe, not to allow any goods to be landed, except on a permit from the director or secretary. [1647];Permit.
