Patent. Christoffel Davids; 36 morgens land at the Esopus, about a (Dutch) mile inland from the North river, on the west side of the Great kill opposite Thomas Chambers's land, and running S. W. to a little binnewater (pond) on the border of a valley which divides this land from that of Johan de Hulter, dec'd (Kingston).
