A Confirmation to Claes de Neger. No. 12 - Richard Nicolls & Whereas & Amongst is [in] is Parcell of Land House & Garden Markt [to] N.12 was given % Granted unto Claes de Neger conveying on is East syde alongst is Garden of Manuell Sanders.  sixteen Rod on [is] south along by [is] Land of Willm Portugys nyne Rod on [is] West sixteene Rod & on [is] North alongst [is] crossway nine Rod.   Now for a Confirmation & The Patent is dated Octob, 15th 1667.

I do hereby Certify the aforgeoing to be a true Copy of the Original Record Compared herewith By Me -
