Court proceedings. Isaac de Foreest vs. Isaac Abrahamsen, for debt; settled. Borger Jorissen vs. Tonis Nyssen; action for work done; judgment for plaintiff. Dirck Corsen Stam ads. Andries Hudde, husband of the late Hendrick de Foreest's widow; ordered, if Hudde prove his case, that Corsen shall give security that he will prove the contrary here, by his books, or in Holland to Hudde's attorney. Fiscal vs. Gerrit Gerritsen, for stealing rope from the company's yacht; prisoner remanded, in chains, to the guard house, and Dirck Holgersen ordered not to leave until the case be decided. Cornelis Volckersen vs. Aert Willemsen, for killing a hog; referred to arbitration. [1642]
