Court proceedings. Johannes Winckelman vs. Abraham Pietersen, on a complaint of tampering with Jacob Bouwensen, his man servant, whom the plaintiff had brought from Holland to superintend bouwery No. 5; Bouwensen ordered to serve out his time according to contract. Fiscal vs. Maryn Adriaensen, for drawing a knife; defendant positively denies the charge. [1642]
