Henry Hewit vs. Gerrit Jacobsen, for destroying plaintiff's eye with an arrow; plaintiff pleads that more persons than he were shooting arrows at the time; ordered to prove it. [1644];Court proceedings. Fiscal vs. Laurens Cornelissen; case continued. Henry Hewit vs. Gerrit Jacobsen; defendant produces two witnesses who were discharging arrows, but they denied having touched plaintiff. [1644]
