Court proceedings. Thomas Petersen vs. Barent Dircksen, baker; default. Jan Jacobsen vs. Gysbert Rycken; referred to arbitrators. Fiscal vs. Jan Andriessen and eight other soldiers; mutiny in refusing to work at the fort; sentence, Jacob Swart and Jan Andriessen, the ringleaders, are dishonorably discharged and declared unworthy and incapable of bearing arms, with loss of all their pay, and to be sent on board the Herring and transported beyond the seas. [1639]
