Condemnation of the Spanish bark St. Antonio, of Havana, laden with sugar and tobacco, as a prize. [1646];Court proceedings. John Underhill vs. Isaac Allerton; plaintiff alleges that before he came here, defendant had promised him that the commonalty would pay him higher wages than those paid by the company; defendant denies having ever made such a promise, and demands proof; Underhill promises in court that defendant shall never be troubled again by himself or heirs on this subject.
