Court proceedings. Frederick Lubbersen vs. Laurens Cornelissen; defendant will willingly construct the dyke in front of plaintiff's house and lot, provided the director repair the road in front of the secretary's house; rev. Everardus Bogardus and Dirck Cornelissen are appointed arbitrators to settle the dispute between the parties respecting the delivery of a house sold by defendant to plaintiff. On application for the removal of an attachment laid on money in Frederick Lubbertsen's hands belonging to Laurens Cornelissen, ordered that the same be removed on Cornelissen giving security for the delivery of certain beavers in Holland to Messrs.
